Dave Coetzee has M Dip Tech in Structural Engineering, an MSc and an MBA, he is also.  He is also a Certified Asset Management Assessor. He started his career in municipal construction and then moved into a structural design office followed by a long stint as a project manager.  After this he became involved in engineering systems development and from there moved into physical asset management, where he has operated for the last seventeen years.
